This is the initial Rowan University PATH Student Participation Application. We use it to enroll students and staff into the virtual student training program and student adventure to Arizona and The Grand Canyon. All participants (students & staff) must submit a completed form to be accepted into the program. Please note that additional forms may be required prior to your visit to Arizona.

COMMUNICATIONS

Access To Third Party Apps Used In the Program. (REQUIRED)

As part of your training and access to certain parts of our program, you will be required to download and install several third-party applications. The apps are available for download through Google Play or Apple Store. If there is a charge or subscription fee for the app, it is included with your participation for the duration of your time in our program. After that time, you can either discontinue your access by deleting the app or pay the app subscription fee to continue it. Please indicate your acceptance of the following apps:
